GitHub Agent HQ & Mission Control: From Incubation to Product

The incubation project I worked on at GitHub became the starting point for what is now Agent HQ and Mission Control. Agent HQ brings AI agents from multiple providers — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and more — natively into the GitHub developer workflow. Mission Control is the unified command center that lets developers assign work to multiple agents simultaneously, track progress, and manage agent-created code across GitHub, VS Code, mobile, and the CLI.
It's incredible to see the early ideas we explored in incubation grow into a full product that is reshaping how developers work with AI agents.
